According to new training and recruitment materials that were recently leaked, it can be noted how the multi-billion dollar Walt Disney Company is promoting critical race theory among its employees and the idea that the United States is founded on racist and homophobic precepts by criticizing the Constitution itself, and the founding fathers of America.

According to the training materials, described as a “diversity and inclusion program,” the Walt Disney Company encourages new employees to “take responsibility for educating themselves about anti-black racism structures.” Starting from the false premise that just being white makes you an oppressor and calling to deconstruct that role supposedly imposed by American society.

The new materials were published in part by journalist Christopher F. Rufo on his Twitter account:

“Disney has launched a “diversity and inclusion” program, called “Reimagine Tomorrow,” which includes training on “systemic racism,” “white privilege,” “white fragility,” “white saviors,” “microaggressions,” and “antiracism.” Rufo’s post reads.

The program bills itself as an “anti-racism discussion guide” and an “ally for racial awareness.” The business training module for the anti-racism guide begins with a question, “What can I do about racism?”

Disney says the United States has a “long history of systemic racism and transphobia.” The training manual tells employees to “recognize that your colleagues are also processing the ways in which the pandemic is disproportionately affecting the black community.” 

The guide instructs employees to “take responsibility for educating [themselves] about structural anti-black racism” by seeking out “black authors, journalists and organizations.”

Disney, one of the world’s largest media conglomerates that own such firms as ABC, ESPN, Touchstone Pictures, Marvel, Lucasfilm, and Pixar, openly promotes leftist values and the mission of eliminating alleged racism toward blacks. However, it does so by fostering anti-white racism, empowering women, and advocating for social justice.

According to an opinion piece by Rufo, Disney has a list of “75 things white people can do for racial justice. There you can read leftist indoctrination in the best Soviet style. 

Some of the more controversial items indicate that white employees should call for “police defunding,” “decolonize your bookshelf,” “remove bourgeois attitudes from neighborhoods,” and “donate to the fight against ‘white supremacist jobs’ at the local Black Lives Matter office.'”

No less controversial is the recommendation they make to white parents about spreading those values to their children, emphasizing that “even white babies discriminate against members of other races.” Can there be anything more illogical than this reasoning?

Another point that is being criticized, especially by more conservative sectors, is that white Disney employees are asked to complete a “white privilege checklist.” People can select supposed “privileges” from the list such as: “I am white,” “I am heterosexual,” “I am a man,” “I still identify as the gender I was born with,” “I have never been raped,” “I do not depend on public transportation” and “I have never been called a terrorist.” On the unfounded assumption that being white, straight, and male is a privilege in and of itself. 

What is curious is that while Disney lectures its employees on supposed morality, it maintains close ties with the Chinese Communist Party, the most corrupt and murderous totalitarian government in the history of mankind.

Without going any further, even today, Disney is criticized for having filmed the movie Mulan in the province of Xinjiang, China, where close to a million Uighur Muslims are imprisoned in concentration camps and forced labor. Thousands of women are forced to have abortions just because they belong to a race and hold a belief that is not to the liking of the CCP.
